They work with clients to design optimal organization structures, roles, and responsibilities helping them hire the right people and advise them on how to reward and motivate their workforce while developing professionals as they navigate and advance their careers.

 

Korn Ferry sale Leadership and Professional development to clients.  To facilitate this, Korn Ferry needed an LMS to set-up their clients so they could manage, host, communicate, track and report on training solutions sold to clients from Korn Ferry.

• Taking into consideration the functional requirements, speed and slick automated service they wanted to provide to their clients we employed one of the best LMS systems on the market, Cornerstone onDemand.  The LMS and courses hosted online were translated into local languages for each client.  An in-house administration and support team were set-up to look after clients.​

• Clients and learners were happy with the LMS finding it very intuitive, and it was rare that learners raised support tickets.
